We had an absolutely amazing experience. Our cat was having some urinary issues, we had first contacted SmartVet, and they recommended we come here to Bluewater Emergency Clinic. The team at bluewater were very helpful, they answered all of our questions, they voiced all concerns and did what they could to help us and our cat. The Bluewater Veterinary Emergency Clinic provided excellent service and care for our cat, Buddy on Christmas Day. The staff was friendly, professional and helped us determine a course of action with no wait time at all. Our beloved pet is fine now, after a scary suspected poisoning. We are so grateful to have this service within an hour from our home in rural Ontario.

From the moment Maddie answered the telephone, until she compassionately walked us out…our experience with this team was IMPECCABLE!! Dr.Boss and her tech ( I believe was Jennifer ) were nothing short of AMAZING!!! They were so kind, so knowledgeable and extremely thorough!Our puppy was gravely ill, but with their treatment plan, she has been improving substantially!Thank you all!! Alibi ( aka Ali-Boo-Boo ) …is eating, drinking, and actually felt well enough today to have a little play!Chris and I can’t thank you all enough! We took our dog to this weekend Emergency Clinic in September when it first opened. Our dog was very sick and they took such good care of her. She would not have lived if it wasn’t for their help in multiple ways. We are forever grateful for the kindness and professionalism of everyone working there. Highly recommend.
